Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

2. Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, including perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for refunds.
